Refunds & Returns

• Refunds will incur a 3-6% transaction fee charged by the payment provider, deducted from the refunded amount.

• Orders fulfilled but not yet shipped are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

• Orders that have shipped are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus any shipping costs for returning the product(s) to Body Armor 4x4 Canada.

• Returns are accepted for new, unused, and normally stocked products within 90 days of the original shipping date for a refund to the original payment method.

• Returns made after 90 days will receive store credit only.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Returned items must be in original condition and packaging (including foam, manuals, labels, hardware, etc.).

• A restocking fee may apply for returns of non-regularly stocked items or returns after 90 days.

• Free shipping promotions do not cover return shipping costs; original shipping charges will be deducted.

• Items shipped from US warehouses are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping fees and any duties.
